App features:

• Log in quickly and securely using your M-Pesa 4-digit PIN

• Manage your M-Pesa wallet anytime, anywhere as long as you have either a data connection or your phone is able to send and receive SMS

• Check your account balance with a single tap

• Send money to contacts on any network by simply selecting them from your phone book, favourites or recent recipients

• Send money to Safaricom customers in Kenya

• View and download recent transactions with the mini statement feature

• Manage contacts and business favourites

• Buy Airtime and bundles conveniently

• Make payments to businesses and merchants by simply selecting from your business favourites or recent recipients

• Make payments using QR codes at participants merchants

• Cash out from the largest network of agents and ATMs

• Cash out using QR codes at participants agents

• Transfer money from M-Pesa to your bank account or bank to M-Pesa

• GSMA Mobile Money certified

What’s new:

SMS channel support, you can now use the M-Pesa App even when you don’t have access to a data network, feature utilises a free SMS service

Contact and Favourites enhancements:

• Users now able to select Contacts as favourites from the recipient selection screen for Send money and Buy Airtime transactions

• To add and remove Favourites users simply click and unclick the star icon

• Users can now store up to 200 individual favourites

• Users adding new contacts are now directed to first save the contact in the phone contacts directory, the user can then select the contact as a Favourite

Organisation Favourite Enhancements:

• Users now able to select Organisations as favourites from the recipient selection screen for Buy goods, Agent withdrawal and Pay bill transactions

• Users can now select organisations from the Recent tab as Favourites

• Users can now add a favourite organisation from a pre-defined list of organisations or unlisted organisations

Payment Reminder enhancements:

• Reminders can be accessed from the ‘Scheduled reminder’ menu on the home page or on completion of a transaction

• Reminders are listed in ascending order of the date and time the reminder is due

• Users can set-up reminders for Send money and Pay bill payments

• Users are able to initiate payments simply by clicking on the reminder notification and entering the PIN to complete the transaction request

Transaction charges information:

• Transactions charges are now displayed on the transaction confirmation page

• Charges will be displayed on Send money, Withdrawal at Agent, Pay Bill and Pay Merchant transactions

• Charge information will only be available when the user has a data connection

Other improvements:

• For payment recipients picked from the customer’s favourites list, if the recipient is not a registered M-Pesa customer or registered on another network the contact/ favourite name is displayed

• Balance check prior to transaction submission removed

• App download and install size reduced by 35%

• Support for contact MSISDNs prefixed with +255

This is the only official and authorised App for accessing your M-Pesa account in Tanzania. Vodacom Tanzania cautions customers against downloading or attempting to use of any other App that purports to offer easy access to M-Pesa.

付款提醒增强功能：

交易费用信息：
